How to report copyright infringement and how we respond.
1. Brand & content
Verifyr, the wordmark, and the inspection-report aesthetic are owned by MJD TESTING SERVICES LTD. Don’t use them in a way that implies endorsement.
Inspection reports generated for you remain yours, subject to the licence in our Terms.
2. Filing a takedown
If you believe content on Verifyr infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@mjdtestingservices.com with the subject “DMCA”. Include:
(a) a description of the work you say has been infringed; (b) a URL or precise location of the infringing material; (c) your contact details; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; and (e) a signed statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the rights-holder.
3. Counter-notice
If we remove content you believe was lawful, you can send a counter-notice with the same elements; we will share it with the original complainant and may reinstate the content after the statutory period.
4. Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts that we determine, in our reasonable judgement, to be repeat infringers.
